unfortunately I cannot really help with the compilation. I always failed installing the API on Windows...
You can try using the guide here to install:
gitlab.pam-retd.fr/otm/wintel

Otherwise, this might be a new issue and you could open a new thread (installation issue)

You don't have to declare MAXSCE as a parameter in lecdon_telemac2d.f
Just give the value in the steering file in the keyword:
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SOURCES = xxx
In lecdon you should replace the reading of the steering file for the location, the discharge and if needed, the tracer concentration...

This is an update with regards to what I was able to simulate and compile.

Based on what Frederik and Christophie had suggested and also from this post www.opentelemac.org/index.php/kunena/16-...yword?start=20#46160, I was able to recompile telemac and run the simulations.

However, while recompiling I did always run into the api error where the recompilation would always fail and I could not fix it (running on Windows). So I recompiled WITHOUT the api section in the config file.
