Direct solvers create massive matrices, hence the memory requirement.
You either need a computer with a bigger RAM, or you need to switch to an iterative solver (SOLVER = 3, for instance) as opposed to trying solving it directly.
Do not forget that you can also run in parallel with the iterative solver.
