This is the same behaviour as BK 3.3.4, so no new regression has been introduced by me over the years (a good sign). That being said, what you have observed seems to be a fault in the released version based on the way that the mesh generator was originally implemented.

Likely the "standard" work around for BK 3.3.4 would be to increase the density in the affected area(s). And if that work around succeeds, then it would likely also be successful in 3.12.31 - beta.

3.12.32 does not solve the issue. PreMesher.zip in first post contains necessary data to reproduce.

As mentioned, this fault exists in 3.3.4. Therefore, I have no immediate intention to replace the original code with something better.

That being said, if someone needs this addressed sooner, then they are very welcome to contact me to help me re-priorize my existing work.
