I recieve the following error

when I try to run the case
. I am not able to see what causes the error, but I have tried to review the mesh and refine in some regions.

It seems that it occurs during the memory allocation. It could be that you have too many frequences and angles, and not enough memory for the big arrays it implies.

Hello,

Apparently it is a problem with your mesh
if you put
CHECKING THE MESH=true
it will answer that you have 84 OVERCONSTRAINED TRIANGLES
I would try to refine your mesh If you open it you will see that your geometry is badly represented.
