open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi everybody .

I am no more able to run a simulation with all 4 cores of my desktop. Also when I run tomawac simulations (alone or coupling) it is very slower than previously. T3d and t3d+Gaia work correctly but only on ncsize 1 or 2 .
I thought it was a problem of a shut down that happen during a simulation, so I reinstalled v8p4 alongaide with ubuntu20.04 like previously installed on an other desktop with similar caracteristics and same problem. I also upgrade to v9p0 with ubuntu 22.04 on the pc receiving the shut down and same problem.

here attached the log problem, my pc specification , my htop showing 4 runiing when I requested 2, the cas files , the wind file, the uv and h file required for the t3d-tpxo cannot pass here, but I think Chi Tchuan got it and already shared the files with you or the moderator.



and I think I have been blocked for some files, I cannot even share the slf Ishare the minimum

What we could see in your log show a problem, not at the computation step but a problem at the partitioning step of the GEO file...
Other point, I don't understand the point of request 2 procs
