open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I am a new user, and I have a problem for opening a .cas file in Fudaa that was in a validation case.(Please see attached file)
Operation system of my computer is Windows 7(64 bit).
According to installation guide, I downloaded sources(SVN) and compiled them.

Does someone have an idea of what's going wrong?

This is not a problem with opening a .cas file but a problem when you try to run a simulation
Check your installation of Fudaa particularly the definition of telemac parameter
