I found the error there was a spare space character at the end of the french name of one of my parameter.
That solved the problem.

I have another question is there a way to tell the perl that the input file is distributed i.e. is a number of file with this name : filename00000-00000
The same way as it is in the temporary folder after the partionning.
There are 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
