open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Good day!

I have a working tomawac simulation but when I view the results file (in selafin format), it appears that it doesn't contain any data. What could be the cause of this issue and is there a solution?

Hello

I ran your case and i get data in the result file. But the problem is that all your results are 0 because on most of your domain you do not have water.
As your bathymetry climb to 56 m you need to have at least a water level of 56. Tomawac needs to have water depth at each point of your domain. If the water depth is null then it puts a water depth of 0.1 but if your bathymetry is 56m it doesn't mean anything.

If I understand correctly, my bathymetry has a level that is above water level (56 m) but my water level is not specified. So is the solution to this problem is to set the water depth in the steering file or limit the maximum value of the bathymetry.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

yes you can use the keyword INITIAL STILL WATER LEVEL
which default value is 0

After adding the keyword INITIAL STILL WATER LEVEL = 56, there is still 0 data after the first time step.
