I haven't heard of anybody using Salford fortran (but that's me only). Do you have to use Salford fortran? You could use gfortran which is opensource and it is being used at the moment by some users, including me.

Costas thanks for your reply. I now have Telemac built with Gfortran. As a new user that will be fine for now but I will eventually use the Intel compiler for more demanding models.

If you can get your hands on an Intel compiler, it would make your work easier already, because it is widely tested and supported. Gfortran is not tested as much, especially the parallel module.
