Anyway thanks because I could solve it alone
Simply to solve it you need two things
first V8p1 and V8p2 for windows10 installation there is a great problem is all the the running files are empty do not know why but the solutions are

v8p1/builds/--- empty
so install program of "mingw64"
then you will complete the gap of missing parts
if you need more in full details please write back as a message
