Hi, I'm running a telemac2d example breach.
A unicodedecode error appears.
I don't know where the position 23 is.

Probably a problem in sour steering file with a non unicode character (even in the comment line...)

Sorry for reply late。
I think the problem may not be in steering file.Because I can successfully run this example with the original code.
When I change the value of the maxkeyword and recompile telemac,this error appears.
