open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I’ve been trying to install TELEMAC on my new machine. The official website lists version 8.4 as the latest, but forum discussions mention upgrades up to version 9. However, I couldn’t find the installation files for even version 8.4 available for download. Has there been a change in the download process or repository? Am I checking the correct webpage: www.opentelemac.org/index.php/download?
Could someone please assist?
