I need to model un-steady, density stratified flow (salt wedge intrusion) in a tunnel with several branches. In some reaches the tunnel flows full (pressure flow). Other reaches have free surface flow.

Is Telemac 3D suitable for modelling this situation?
Can I add an upper boundary (lid/roof) to the mesh?

Unfortunately not, Telemac-3D is so far purely free surface.
